Workshops And Facilitation

Workshops

Work through an objective with your people. Might be inspiring a process-driven team to step into more creative thinking. Might be setting an energetic vision for the next year for the team - something beyond business goals and metrics like creating trust with clients, inviting space and ease into an overtaxed environment.

facilitation

Jen is an expert moderator and facilitator, combining years of focus groups with her coaching skills.

Meet Jen Patterson.

My wish for my clients’ worklife? Same as for my own: Spaciousness, creativity, ease, abundance. Joy.

Not very many people associate these words with their work.

I came to coaching through a break-up. It turned out the break-up was much bigger than my partner, it was a break up with the entire paradigm I’d been living in.

Since that moment, I’ve adopted a son on my own, redone a house, launched a business, become a reiki practitioner, and written half of a book.

Through coaching, meditation and reiki, I have shifted my axis from head to heart.

But most of all, I have claimed my whole self.

I was good at my old gigs, Chief Strategy Officer at advertising agencies like Wunderman Seattle, Deutsch LA, the community and W+K.

But I never was fulfilled.

Now, when my 6 year-old asks do I really have to work, I tell him no, I don’t have to.

I GET to.
